We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Jackson Guitars. If your instrument or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping carton with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
